Chaparral Women’s Club is pleased to announce that we are sponsoring two (2) scholarships for female, Williamson County high school seniors graduating in 2020. Eligible school districts include Florence, Georgetown, Granger, Hutto, Leander, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, and Taylor Independent School Districts.
The Spirit of Chaparral Scholarships seek to recognize young women who have spent time giving back to their community. These young women must be individuals who set a good example to their peers; set high standards in all they do; a good citizen or steward in the community, (school, sports, church, clubs, band, etc.); a person others wish to emulate. Activities, academics, recommendation letters and essay content will be considerations for this scholarship.
The scholarships are intended for use to continue education beyond high school in the form of a four-year college or university, trade school or community college.
